So what is the ‘10% in 7’ Weight-Loss Starter Program?

The goal is to lose 10% of your body weight in your first 7 weeks. If you are 75kg, your goal would be to lose 7.5kg. If you are 120kg, your goal would be to lose 12kg, and so on.

How do we achieve this? We use a tried and tested formula, combining effective training methods with good eating habits. That’s it.
