What Is HYROX?

HYROX is the World Series of Fitness Racing taking the world by storm!

Founded in 2017 in Germany, HYROX combines running with functional fitness movements.

The idea was to create a mass-participation fitness event that was both challenging and accessible, appealing to a wide range of fitness levels.

With no time restrictions or qualification requirements for entry, it really is open and available to any and all fitness levels, shapes and sizes willing to give it a crack. HOW TO TRAIN FOR HYROX

Team Transform’s program is specifically designed to prepare you for HYROX racing.

While our overall program will help you get fitter, stronger and leaner - regardless of if you want to do HYROX or not - each session is programmed to provide you with the necessary strength, power, endurance and mental fortitude required to complete the race as fast as possible.

We cover correct technique for each individual functional exercise to maximise efficiency, while also improving aerobic and anaerobic conditioning and power output.

The core fundamental human movement patterns of Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull and Carry (all elements tested in the HYROX race) are a big focus of every session, aiming to make you a complete functional hybrid athlete.
